Refund or Cancellation Policy

We appreciate you for buying our products on eshop.visualmitra.com, which is a brand of  Visualmitra LLP.

Customer satisfaction is our prime goal. If the goods or services you receive from us are damaged, we can replace your product as long as the complaints are sincere and can be supported by evidence gathered through an investigation. 

Additionally, you have the option to cancel your order with us before material delivery. To determine whether you qualify for a replacement or to cancel your transaction, carefully read over all the information. The following will be our replacement and cancellation policy:

Replacement Policy: 

  • Only products that are damaged or received in insufficient quantity at the time of receipt are qualified for a replacement.
  • Within 12 hours of receiving the material, you must notify our customer service of any damaged products. If no communication is received within the allotted time, there will be "NO Replacement" permitted.
  • Within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation, the item must be returned to our head office in Mumbai, together with the evidence of unboxing video and any damaged product photographs that should be submitted to info@visualmitra.com for additional inquiry. Our team of experts will examine your item upon receipt and handle the replacement process. 
  • "NO Replacement" will be permitted if the investigation reveals that the material is undamaged and that false accusations have been made.
  • Please feel free to contact our customer support at info@visualmitra.com if anything is unclear or if you have any more questions. The seller has the last say.
  • The replaceable items will be shipped to the original address provided by you at the time of purchase. It could take five to ten business days for a replaced item to be delivered.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Please get in touch with our customer support team  between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to cancel your order or you can mail us on info@visualmitra.com
  • The entire order cost will be reimbursed if the order is cancelled within 03 hours of placement.
  • Order cancellation and payment refusal are not permitted following material delivery.

 

Refund Policy

  • The policy of refunds is not applied to any of the products
  • In the event of a failed transaction, please check your payment details and try again. If the issue persists, contact our customer support for assistance. If the money is deducted from your account then the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
