Eshop.Visualmitra.com charges GST where required by law. GST is automatically calculated for orders shipping within India during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

What is a return policy?

Only products that are damaged or received in insufficient quantity at the time of receipt are qualified for a refund or replacement.

The policy of refunds is applied to products where the order value exceeds Rs. 1000.

Within seven days of receiving the material, you must notify our customer service of any damaged products. If no communication is received within the allotted time, there will be "NO REFUND" permitted.

Within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation, the item must be returned to our head office in Mumbai, together with the evidence of unboxing video and any damaged product photographs that should be submitted to info@visualmitra.com for additional inquiry. Our team of experts will examine your item upon receipt and handle the return process. With the exception of COD (Cash on Delivery), the money will be returned to the original payment method you used for the purchase. It could take five to ten business days for a refund related to credit card payments to appear on your credit card statement. Customer service will be contacted regarding refund requests for COD payments.

"NO REFUND" will be permitted if the investigation reveals that the material is undamaged and that false accusations have been made.

Cancellation Policy

Please get in touch with our support staff between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (excluding Sundays and public holidays) to cancel your order.

The entire order cost will be reimbursed if the order is canceled within three hours of placement.

Customers will receive a refund of 10% of the purchase value if they cancel their order within three hours of ordering it and before it is dispatched, as long as the order value is more than Rs. 1000.

Order cancelation and payment refusal (for COD orders) are not permitted following material delivery.
